Level 1 Yoga – for beginner and intermediate students. It covers yamas and niyamas (“right living” or ethical rules within Yoga philosophy), asanas (yoga poses), basic pranayama, and basic kriyas, using basic mudras bandhas. In Thursday classes, we often practice strengthening exercises with resistant bends.

Level 2 Yoga – for all levels who practiced with me for some time and are familiar with the terminology and techniques we practice in Level 1 Yoga. Level 2 Yoga covers yamas, niyamas, asanas, pranayama, bandhas, kriyas, mudras, basic concentration, meditation techniques, understanding energy channels (nadis), and energy centers ( chakras), and practicing Japa.

Level 3 Yoga classes are only for those who have practiced regularly with me for at least one year.

The morning yoga practice will help you wake up and energize the body, preparing it for an active day, while the evening routine helps to release tension and calm the mind.

Note: Each person participating in classes takes full responsibility for not exceeding his/her limits in yoga practice and assumes full responsibility for any risks, injury, or damages, known or unknown, which might be incurred due to participating in the yoga classes.

Props: For most of the classes, you need a yoga mat. Additionally, it is good to have the following: two yoga blocks (dense, hard foam, 4x6x9 inches), a strap (10 ft), a yoga blanket (or some blanket or a big towel), two hand towels, two tennis balls, and resistant bands.
