Jay turned to yoga two years ago after he’d been experiencing chronic pain from years of working on his feet.  He was immediately taken by the power yoga had in healing his body and clearing his mind. 

In the present day, Jay makes it a point to incorporate a daily practice of yoga as he feels that helps create good health, sound mind, and positive energy.  In his free time, you can find Jay fixing things around the house, being creative, traveling, and spending time with his husband and pets.
