My yoga journey began in 1995 when I studied Vedanta philosophy in Russia with a small, dedicated group. After moving to the USA, I continued my yoga practice alongside studying karate and tai chi, discovering the deep spiritual connection between these disciplines. This exploration inspired me to immerse myself fully in yoga. I attended various classes and workshops, learning from diverse traditions and incorporating Ayurveda into my practice.
Driven by a passion for teaching, I completed a 200-hour teacher training at the Sivananda Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in India, followed by a 300-hour training with the Bindu School, focusing on tantric yoga. I also pursued Ayurvedic Counseling at the Ayurvedic Healing Institute and became a certified Mat Pilates instructor. In recent years, I’ve been deeply inspired by Advaita philosophy and the teachings of Swami Vishnudevananda Giri.
I believe that yoga not only enhances flexibility and helps manage stress but also offers a path to peace and self-discovery, bring harmony and balance to our lives. Through yoga, we can uncover life’s deepest truths, embrace our Dharma, and connect with our true selves.
